本课边界

Daniel正在起草一页内部志愿者简报，服务第44课已决定的开放首小时引导。简报只包含到达、入口、站位、换班和角色联系链；不包含候选照片、故事或公开许可，也不改变Aisha在F020中的设计边界。

Progress is more than “not finished”

On Wednesday morning, Lena asks Daniel for an update on the one-page briefing sheet for the opening-hour greeters.

Part A — Ongoing work and completed results

Lena: How is the greeter briefing going? Priya needs an internal-review copy tomorrow afternoon.

Daniel: I've been working on it since Monday. I've been checking the arrival steps against Sam's logistics note and the wayfinding plan.

Lena: What have you completed so far?

Daniel: So far, I've drafted the welcome section, the entrance directions and the service-desk position. I've also turned the first-hour duties into a five-step sequence.

Lena: Have you added the break handoff?

Daniel: Not yet. I'm still waiting on the backup-greeter contact and the confirmed time when the accessible side entrance will open.

Lena: Does that stop the whole draft?

Daniel: No. The main blocker is only the final handoff box. The rest is ready for a content check.

Lena: Good. Sometimes “waiting” makes an update sound as if nothing has moved.

Daniel: That's why I'm separating the completed sections from the open inputs.

Part B — Evidence, ownership and next update

Lena: What evidence can Priya review today?

Daniel: I've uploaded version 0.6 to the internal folder. It has one page, five numbered steps and role-based contacts instead of personal numbers.

Lena: And what have you been doing about the missing information?

Daniel: I've asked Sam to confirm the entrance time, and Priya is checking which volunteer can cover the first break.

Lena: When will you know whether those inputs are available?

Daniel: Sam said he'd reply by three today. Priya will update the volunteer field by ten tomorrow.

Lena: I see your point about keeping the review moving, but a blank contact box won't work for the final version.

Daniel: Agreed. What I can agree to is a review draft today with a clearly marked placeholder. If we need the final PDF, we'll need both inputs first.

Lena: What's your next checkpoint?

Daniel: I'll post another status update at three thirty: completed changes, remaining blocker and whether tomorrow's four o'clock review is still on track.

Lena: Perfect. That gives us progress, evidence, a dependency and a next update—not just “I've been working on it.”

状态不等于完成比例

• in progress需要说明正在做什么；
• complete需要可检查证据；
• waiting需要负责人和下一时间点；
• blocked只标真正无法继续的部分。

F. 信息差互动

A持有completed evidence卡，B持有missing inputs卡。A先做更新，B只能问精确问题。两人共同确定：真正blocker、负责人、下次更新时间。

G. 实用写作：简短状态邮件

写100—140词，包括：

• 一句总体状态；
• 两项持续工作；
• 三项已完成结果及证据；
• 一个仍在等待的输入和负责人；
• 一个真正的blocker；
• 下一检查点和对最终期限的影响。

H. 中译英情境表达

1. 我从周一开始一直在处理这件事。
2. 我一直在核对到达步骤。
3. 到目前为止，我已经完成三个部分。
4. 我还在等入口开放时间。
5. 主要障碍是最后的换班联系框。
6. 我的下一个检查点是今天三点半。

90秒真实更新

选择一个正在进行的低风险任务。必须提供一个可检查证据，而不是只说完成比例。

现实检查

把更新交给一个不了解任务的人，请对方回答：现在完成了什么、卡在哪里、谁提供下一输入、何时再更新。

两天后的复测

不看原稿再说一次。若任务已有变化，必须更新事实，不能背诵第一次版本。
