• 用 be supposed to 核对已有安排，而不是随意指责；
• 区分原任务、遗漏和补救步骤；
• 承认双方可能理解不同；
• 重新确认“谁做什么、什么时候完成”。

场景边界

be supposed to 在本课只表示团队已有安排或合理预期，不表示法律责任、纪律处分或对人格的评价。先核对会议记录，再讨论补救。

A task fell between two roles

The next morning, Daniel and Aisha review the guide. Three photos are missing permission records.

Part A — Checking the original expectation

Daniel: Aisha, the permission log is still incomplete. I thought you were handling it.

Aisha: I thought that was your part. I was supposed to prepare the visuals, but I understood “copy” to include the captions and permission notes.

Daniel: I was writing the captions when Marcus sent the meeting summary. Maybe I read “visuals” too narrowly.

Aisha: And maybe I wasn't clear when I said the images were ready. I meant the layout was ready, not the records.

Daniel: So we may have misunderstood each other. Let's check the note before we decide.

Part B — Repairing the gap

Aisha: Here it is: “Daniel—copy and captions. Aisha—visuals and source files.” It doesn't name the permission log.

Daniel: Then the assignment wasn't complete. Let's fix it now. What still needs to be done?

Aisha: Three records. I'll contact the image owners and update the log by two.

Daniel: I'll do the final check by three and flag anything missing.

Aisha: So you're handling the final check, and I'm handling the three records, right?

Daniel: Right. I'll also add both steps to the shared task list.

Aisha: Good. I'll mark each record complete as soon as the owner replies.

Daniel: Then I won't start the final check until all three are marked.

At 1:50, Aisha completes the records. Daniel finishes the check at 2:34. Nothing remains unassigned.

原来的分配不完整。把焦点放在流程，而不是个人品质。

C. 从责备改为核对

改写三句，使其包含具体任务、证据或下一步：

D. 信息差分工

伙伴A看到旧会议记录，伙伴B看到当前缺口清单。先各自说明原理解，再交换信息。最终必须明确三项任务的负责人和期限，并用一句复述确认。

E. Lesson 24间隔检索（二）

1. Explain that the secure office door closed behind you while you carried a box outside.
2. Ask whether an authorized staff member could let you back into the office.

F. 实用写作

写70—90词补救消息：说明具体遗漏、原先理解、记录中的模糊点、新负责人、两个期限和最终确认。不要写人格评价。

现实任务

使用一个低风险工作遗漏：会议室未预订、文件未命名、链接未测试或材料未打印。伙伴随机持有一份不完整旧记录。你们在90—150秒内核对、补救并形成新分工。

独立录音

只看 expected / evidence / gap / owner / deadline / confirm 六个提示词，录60—90秒总结。至少使用本课6项新表达中的5项。

三天后的复习

换一个遗漏和一份不同的模糊记录重新完成。若最后仍无法回答“谁、做什么、何时完成”，重做第3、4、7部分。
