本课边界

团队只决定一次五人内部原型检查，不批准公众反馈系统、不收集个人信息，也不改变F016—F017候选材料许可。共识不是多数人压过少数人；如果重要安全、隐私或权限条件未满足，不能用We all agree掩盖真实问题。

Agreement can be smaller than the whole question

Daniel, Aisha and Grace meet after reviewing the three-person prototype report. They need a clear record that another colleague can follow without assuming the team has approved public use.

Part A — Finding genuine common ground

Grace: We’ve compared the options, explored the two-stage idea and reviewed the small test. Can we agree on this much: the paper prototype worked as a complete device-free response?

Daniel: Yes. All three testers completed it and marked an exact location.

Aisha: I agree with that observation. We also agree that two completed QR responses added later explanations.

Grace: And one QR attempt stopped during a connection failure. Those are the shared facts.

Daniel: We still disagree about how strongly those facts support an optional digital stage.

Aisha: Right. I’m open to another internal check, but I’m not agreeing to public adoption.

Grace: For now, let’s test question clarity and completion with five independent staff members.

Daniel: The paper form would remain the complete default, and the QR questions would be clearly optional and unlinked.

Aisha: No names, contact details or candidate-material comments. We should also test the connection before anyone begins.

Grace: Good. That gives us a limited purpose, defined materials and a technical check.

Part B — Recording scope, owners and review conditions

Daniel: I’ll summarize what we’ve decided. I own the two prototype drafts, due Tuesday at noon.

Aisha: I’ll review the privacy wording by three on Tuesday. That review depends on seeing the final questions.

Grace: I’ll run the five-person internal check on Thursday and record completion, time, location detail and any interruption.

Daniel: What result would make us revisit the optional stage?

Aisha: If the wording is understood, the connection is stable and at least four testers complete it, I’ll support discussing a later visitor trial.

Grace: That would still be a discussion, not automatic approval.

Daniel: Understood. We seem to agree that the test can inform another decision, not make the public decision itself.

Aisha: We still disagree about whether QR is likely to be worth keeping, and the new evidence may narrow that gap.

Grace: The only open point is what happens after the internal report. We can revisit that when the report exists.

Daniel: Then I’ll send one decision record today with the agreement, the disagreement, the owners and the review condition.

Closure note

The following week, the five-person internal check is completed with generic route materials. The team files the results with the decision record. Both prototypes remain internal; no public feedback method, candidate material or new collaboration scope is approved in this unit.

先不看文字稿，听Rowan对内部原型的留言两遍，记录：

1. 哪一种表格更容易标出位置；
2. Rowan后来在二维码表中补充了什么；
3. 哪个步骤受连接影响；
4. Rowan如何限制自己的结论；
5. Rowan没有对所有访客作出什么判断；
6. Rowan建议下一次明确说明什么。

然后用80—110词向团队调解这段留言：区分体验、可用证据和不能推出的结论。文字稿只在答案区查看。

H. 实用写作：共识摘要

根据主课文写120—160词邮件，必须包含：

• shared evidence;
• agreed limited step;
• excluded scope;
• remaining disagreement;
• three owners and deadlines;
• review condition;
• one explicit sentence preventing automatic public adoption.
