安全边界

不要攀爬、强行开门、损坏门锁或进入危险区域。联系物业、房东、授权锁匠或当地紧急服务，并按合法身份核验流程处理。生命安全或有人被困在危险中时，不等待普通维修回电。

A call from outside Maple Court

Daniel returns from taking a recycling bag downstairs. His apartment key and building fob are on the kitchen counter.

Part A — Event, location and attempts

Property manager: Maple Court after-hours line. What's the problem?

Daniel: Hi, I locked myself out. I'm outside the main entrance on Pine Street.

Property manager: Are you locked out of the building or just your apartment?

Daniel: Both. I left my keys and building fob inside. The door closed behind me when I took the recycling downstairs.

Property manager: Have you tried contacting anyone in the building?

Daniel: Yes. I've already tried calling my neighbor Aisha, but she's away tonight. I haven't tried to force the door or climb anywhere.

Part B — Request and confirmation

Daniel: Could someone let me in?

Property manager: I can send the on-call maintenance worker. It should take about twenty-five minutes.

Daniel: Okay. My phone battery is at fifteen percent. Is there any information you need before I save the battery?

Property manager: Please confirm your full name and show the worker photo ID. Don't send the ID number by text.

Daniel: Daniel Reed. I have my photo ID with me. I'll wait under the covered entrance.

Property manager: Good. The worker will call when arriving. If your situation becomes unsafe, call local emergency services.

Daniel: Understood. So someone should be here in about twenty-five minutes, and I'll show photo ID.

Property manager: Correct.

The worker arrives twenty-three minutes later, verifies Daniel's identity and lets him into the building and apartment. No lock or door is damaged.

说明为什么B更容易让陌生接听者采取行动。不要把更多私人证件号码加入消息。

身份核验和等待授权人员可能不方便，但比绕过门锁或跟随陌生人进入更安全。本课不教授任何开锁技巧。

伙伴扮演陌生接听者，随机追问：入口、姓名、是否有身份证件、已联系谁、手机电量。没有的信息不能编造；可以说 I don't know / I don't have that with me。

E. Lesson 20结转检索

1. A printer was promised by 2:00, but it is incomplete. Refer to the promised time.
2. At a venue, ask for a place to store your group's bags.
3. Your assigned room is unusable. Ask whether another room can be offered.
4. Ask when the original room will be available if your group waits.
5. After comparing two options, state that your group favors the quieter one.

F. Lesson 22间隔检索

1. Give a gentle suggestion that a friend have a repeating noise inspected.
2. Suggest bringing a written timeline as a low-pressure good idea.
3. Clearly recommend contacting a qualified professional because a problem has continued.
4. The service desk closes in five minutes. Give time-sensitive advice with a consequence.
5. Connect a repeated problem to the next action with an if-clause.
6. Admit you cannot identify the cause, then give a limited next step.

G. Unit 6无提示检索

合上第21—23课。下面18题分别检索三课的18项全新主动词块。

1. A sore throat began five days ago and continues today. State the duration.
2. Give the exact beginning: Sunday evening.
3. Say the symptom has been more severe from Tuesday until now.
4. Explain that it becomes worse whenever you speak for a long time.
5. Report that you have experienced no fever.
6. Close by saying you have reported every change you observed.
7. Gently suggest that a repeating non-emergency problem be professionally inspected.
8. Suggest writing down the times as a low-pressure good idea.
9. Give a clear recommendation to contact the appropriate qualified service.
10. The office closes now; give a strong, time-sensitive recommendation.
11. Begin a condition about a fault that continues to recur.
12. Admit that you cannot identify the cause, then continue with a safe next step.
13. State that a wireless connection repeatedly disconnects.
14. Say the fault occurs at thirty-minute intervals.
15. Tell support you have previously attempted a restart.
16. Report two troubleshooting actions in order.
17. Say the fault continues despite those actions.
18. Ask support for the next action to attempt.

H. Unit 5—6跨单元累计任务

完成一次“去陌生地点处理突发问题”的90—120秒任务。必须明确调用L17、L18、L19、L20各至少一项词块，再加入本单元的症状或故障描述：请求公共空间许可、确认路线、处理延误、解决服务问题，最后说明当前故障和请求。目标词块必须由你主动检索，不能看答案拼接。

现实语音任务

从“锁在门外、车辆无法启动、行李未到、手机丢失”四种非紧急卡中随机抽一张。伙伴再随机给出一个安全追问。你在60—90秒内说明：经过、位置、已试步骤、当前需要和联系方式。

实用互动写作

给物业或服务方写55—75词消息。对方随机回复一个预计时间和一项身份核验要求；再写25—45词确认自己在哪里等候、能提供什么以及何时再次联系。

独立录音

不看整句，只看 event / location / tried / need / confirm 五个词，录60—90秒。信息完整比说得快更重要。

三天后的复习

更换地点、原因、已试步骤和等待时间后重新录音。如果陌生接听者仍需追问“你是谁、在哪里、需要什么”，说明消息还不完整。
